Thomas was voted Most Inspirational Player by his teammates during the his senior campaign and the Big Sky Conference recognized him as Honorable Mention for his duties as a Running Back. Thomas was apart of four consecutive Big Sky Conference Champions 2006-09, two National Championship Runners up 2008-09, and a Semi-finalist in 2006.
