Jake had an outstanding prep career at Helix High School in San Diego, was named first-team All-CIF (California Interscholastic Federation) in 2004 by San Diego Tribune, he also was tabbed All-Grossmont South League as junior and senior as a running back in '04, he gained 531 yards (7.7 yards per carry) and scored 12 touchdowns, high school teammate of Reggie Bush in 2002, born July 16, 1987 in San Diego, CA. Son of Tisha Young and Tuuese Tauanuu.
