You can include different types of media with your athletics history, including photos, videos, and files.

Once you are logged in, you can reach My Photos, My Videos, and My Files either from the top menu bar, or the member bar. Once in these areas, you can create albums/folders, and within those upload your files.

Photos

You can upload JPG, PNG, or GIF files, enter a title, description, and category for the photos. If photo is too large you will receive an error message.

Videos

You can embed YouTube video links by visiting the YouTube website, clicking the Share button for a video, and pasting that URL into the YouTube URL box in your video section. You can also create titles, descriptions, and assign them to a categories.

Files

You can upload files for others to view, and it's a great way to show off your awards, certifications, and achievements. You can upload files in the following formats: DOC, DOCX, PDF, TXT, and RTF.

Uploading Tip: If the Flash Uploader doesn't work for you, switch to the Regular Uploader and try again.

Privacy

All forms of media (Photos, Videos, and Files) have their own privacy settings that you set when you upload them. To change them later, click on Edit once you're on their respective pages.
